Hi ranches..

create a class which has a constructor that takes arguments of string and int,the class must contain a method that prints out the value 1-10 using any of the statement,the method must be overridden in the subclass the constructor must add the string and the int can anyone please help.

Also "ranches" is the plural form of Ranch (farm).
Your subject is basically saying "Hello farms".
I think the word you're looking for is "ranchers" (note the 'r').

In any case, this is not a good subject line in a technical forum.
