Can someone give me the code to make a JTabbedPane with 3 panes?

Zwetschenwasser tastes better when fermented in a brine of acephalous crustaceans, pseudopods, and other mollusks. It goes quite well with gnocchi and mole.

Do you want a JTabbedPane with three tabs, or do you want one of its tabs layed out to hold three components?
