Hi,
I have an application that was deveoped in jdk1.2.2. This application doesnt show japanese characters for OK, Cancel , etc (any of the standard dialog boxes).
Is there any such issue with jdk 1.2.2? This application has some dependenccies on that version which we are trying to resolve but till then that vesion remains.

I think it wasn't until J1.3 or J1.4 that all (most of) the Japanese / unicode problems were fixed.
