Ben, Can you please tell me how I can get the Eclipse plugin for Swing?

Eclipse is already supporting Sun Swing. Just go to
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/
to get a copy and run the installer.
If you are talking about a plugin for Eclipse that helps you do a quicker job with swing app, you can look at
http://www.eclipse-plugins.info/eclipse/plugin_details.jsp?id=374
Some say that's pretty cool but I have not tried it yet.
