JOptionPane or JFrame?

I have a simple program in java that take some input from the user in a dialog box(JOptionPane) and I would like to output this information in another dialog. Would it be best to use JOptionPane or JFrame (with JLables) for output to the user.

So far I have been using JOptionPane but I can only get it to work with a single string and single string variable. What I would like to output is 3 strings, 2 ints and one string variable.

if someone can kind of point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.
