JOptionPane.showInputDialog and backspace key

I am using the JOptionPane.showInputDialog() method to pop a window asking for input. However, the backspace key does not work within the pop-up window. I know that I need to somehow "rebind" the backspace key so that it will work, but am unsure how to do that.

Any ideas???

That sounds like a general GUI issue, not an applet-specific one, so off to the GUI/AWT/SWT/Swing forum this thread goes.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
