debugging javax.swing.Transferhandler

Hi Guys :

Im using the javax.swing.TransferHandler to handle cut, copy, paste, undo and redo for me. Ive noticed that copy works fine but cut does not. In particular, if I cut something from the clipboard and then try to paste it, certain contents are lost. I wont get into the details because they are complex (its a graphical workflow application with cloning and stuff). My only question is ... how do I debug the TransferHandler and the Clipboard ?
