Dear friends

My application consists of a method for uploading selective files...
When i am clicking on a button it perform the required operation of uploading all the files which i selected... but the problem is that my progressbar is not showing any sign of progressing...

I am sending the code as follows:
Can you please help me out where the problem is.. I supposed the problem is with the use of thread.. But i am not very sure about it nor i have a good concept of threads.. please help me out..
