Using the Visual Editor in Eclipse

I downloaded the Eclipse SDK 3.2.2 and am now (desperately...) trying to get the Visual Editor working. Right now, I am under the impression that this plug-in should be working out of the box, however, I'm not sure how to start using it. For example, on the VE 'getting started' page, it says that to edit a .java file w/ the visual editor, right-click on the file -> open with -> visual editor. On my install of Eclipse, however, Visual editor isn't under the list of possible editors that I can use to open the .java file.

Does anyone have an extremely 'noob' explanation of how to get this plug-in working? Thanks so much!

(this may have to be moved to the IDE forum...)
