Java BlackBox use awt component and i run it on linux platform. Is there any delay if i run the program on linux?

I'll wait for your respon to give me the solution as soon. Thanks.

It may be some heavy work runs in the Event-Dispatch-Thread before you close the window. It will block there until it finished its work.

Why don't you use Swing instead of AWT?

I just run a sample program that build using AWT, not Swing. The Fact, it does not synchron with the other process. So , I'll try to edit the program, to use Swing component.

didn't get, what is the reason behind suggesting Swing? is this really matters with the above problem or Swing is better than Awt.

I'm just curious about AWT is still used to create GUI. Of course, Swing is better than AWT.
