I've been having great success recently with Resin from http://www.caucho.com/ . It's free, comes with source code, implements Servlets 2.2 and JSP 1.1 and is very fast. Check it out!

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
