Hi,
i know that there is a way to provide sevlet and applet communication but in applet we are missing menues. so is there any way to use servleyt with frame or something else so that we can get same thing with menues also.
I would really really appreciate any help.

You can certainly make an application based on Frame so you can have menus. You can communicate with a servlet on a web server by using URLconnection but you will have to fake the "headers" that a browser would send to the web server.
Alternately, as I recall, your applet could create a popup menu (but not a menubar).

Or your applet can create a frame outside the browser, and add your menus to that.
