jsdk2.1\default.cfg ????

i am not able to run my servlets using jsdk2.1 ...
my .class file is in a dir called
c:\users\madhav\servlets\file.class
i can startserver in c:\jsdk2.1 dir
then in the browser when i type http://localhost:8080/servlet/file
it doesn't work - okay maybe it doesn't find the
servlet....thats okay.
then i tried coping the files to
\jsdk1.2\examples\servlets
din't work
then i tried coping the files to
\jsdk1.2\examples\web-inf\servlets
din't work either.......
com.sun.web.core.InvokerServlet: init
thats what i see in the server window ...
, i know this doesn't help, but can't
stop my feelings.....
help please ....
btw, if i use jsdk2.0\bin\servletrunner -d <mydir>
it works....
