You can visit javasoft.com. You'll find a tutorial for beginners.
Also if you "search" for JSP you will find tutorial 'JSPIntro'. This is really good.
Apart from this you can buy the first two books from the left.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
