i want to create a .html file dynamically using jsp.Its like building a home page builder using jsp.I take values from database and create a .html file and then save that file in a folder as .html file.Please help me Its urgent.

How you do this depends on how manual you want the process to be, and how often you want to do it.
Here's a fairly simple manual answer:
First configure your webserver to process files with a ".html" extension as if they are jsps. Then build your site using any combination of static html and jsp code, but all in ".html" files. When you are happy that everything works, use your browser to save each file in turn until you have built a new directory tree for your "static" site. Then reconfigure your webserver so html files are just passed through, and to point at your new static documents, or just use a different server. Done!
