Actually, if you want to do that, you need yet one more product from the friendly guys at IBM: Their WebSmear Studio.. I mean Web SPHERE studio (3.5 now).
Actually you can get away (like I do) using HomeSite (by Allaire) as the main HTML/JSP editor and WebSmear Studio as the publishing tool (it's good at that).
Don't ask me what I think about WebSmear Studio after 8 months of use... I prefer HomeSite.

Thanks a lot Tony for your advice.According to the book Enterprise Development with VisualAge for Java , you can use the notepad(also) to create the JSPs but I just can't find out where to store the JSPs created thru it.We don't have Websphere Studio so if you could give me some suggestions about how to create the JSPs thru notepad they would be CERTAINLY be welcome. I am going crazy trying to find out a way.
Any idea about how easy/difficult it is to develop servlets thru Visual Age's WebSpere Environment?
Thanks in advance

JSPs can b developed in textpad/notepad. I prefer textpad cuz it gives u the color coding and stuff for JSPs. Then when u run'em in Vis Age using the Integrated Debugger, when loaded by Websphere, they you can do a stepwise debug thru them. I don't see why u need to use Vis Age to 'develop' JSPs. Debuggin is a diff issue!
Hope this helps, Sid.
