tomcat installation

so far i used servlet runner for my windows 2000 machine
now i want to install tomcat
i went to the page http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/jakarta-tomcat/ & found so many files & some sub directories like bin,src etc..
moreover there are links for source & binary in that page
so pls tell me the total installation procedure & to run a servlet using tomcat
i expect ur reply at the earliest possible time

I choose release build, then u will see a list of files, download jakarta-tomcat.zip for windows. Then read the readme

BTW, check the old post. Someone already post the answer more detailed than I try to explain before
