Just for JSP, get the Web Development with JSP from Manning, it's really good.
Core Servlets and JSP is good, but focuses alot on servlets.

The best book for JSP is PROFESSIONAL JSP by WROX publications.
That is the best book, worth to read and you can find code for your shopping cart project in PROFESSIONAL SERVER SIDE PROGRAMING from same publications.
