How can i e-mail from JSP or Servlet

I have downlosaded JavaMail and i have Tomcat 3.1 and Microsoft IIS 5 running on same machine but at different ports how can i mail from my JSP which uses Tomcat (I know how to mail from IIS using ASP). I have to download JWS or i can configure Tomcat or IIS ?

You can write Java code to send mail using JavaMail, which can be used by Servlets runing in Tomcat. Do a search for JavaMail here at the Ranch and you should find several code examples of how to do this.
