Is it possible to run a Servlet program in Windows '95. If yes what are the seetings i suppose to do? now i couldn't run the java webserver.

Lots of servlet containers run under Windows 95 and Windows 98. The reference container, Tomcat (from http://jakarta.apache.com/ ) and my personal favourite Resin (from http://www.caucho.com/ ) both run with no particular problems.
