Hi, I have some packages for servlets, butI am not sure where to put them. They are class files not jar files. Can anyone answer me?

class files have to go under the
directory of your web application. (Assuming your servlet engine is API 2.2 - before that it was up to the vendor)
You have to build the complete set of directories to represent the package. Download the Servlet API from the Sun web site for lots of these little details.
