I ve decided to change my display name to my real name. John Meyers is now Deepak Bala. Wow. It feels weird just writing that. There are still a couple of places where I have to update the name change so that everything is in sync.
Now I know how Satou felt like when he changed to Christopher Verre.
Deepak, I like that you stuck "Formerly - John Meyers" in your sig for a while. It took a while to get used to Satou's name change. I know the name John Meyers so it's good to have the reminder to transition. I did get used to Christophe's new name after a couple weeks so I'm sure that will happen here as well!
I'd welcome you, but after over 2500 posts, that would just feel weird
