Hi friends
could anyone plz help me in configuring the WEBSPHERE for running my JSPs??In which dir should i place my JSPs and how to set the path(where my JSPs resides)?

You don't have to configure WebSphere to run JSP's.
Go to the following directory:
[WebSphere install path]\WebSphere\AppServer\web\
Put the jsp in this dir (eg. test.jsp). Load up your web server (apache or whatever) and hit the page with a url like: http://localhost/IBMWebAS/test.jsp
You can configure WebSphere so that you don't need the /IBMWebAS part of the URL, but I can't remember how off the top of my head.
