Someone please help me where to put my own servlets in Tomcat 3.2 and/or 4.0. What will be the URL to run these servlets?

Tomcat comes with adequate documentation. Just study the way the Tomcat /examples applications JSP and servlets are arranged in the directory structure. Also study the tomcat/doc/appdef/index.html file. Bill
