Someone please help me where to put my own servlets in Tomcat 3.2 and/or 4.0.
What will be the URL to run these servlets?

Tomcat comes with adequate documentation. Just study the way the Tomcat /examples applications JSP and servlets are arranged in the directory structure.
Also study the tomcat/doc/appdef/index.html
file.
