Whether explicit setting of environment variable TOMCAT_HOME Yup, set your TOMCAT_HOME in autoexec.bat file if you are in Windows or as a user variable on NT using the Control panel -> System -> Environment or in the .login/.profile if you are on any Unix. Out of environment space well this says you are on Windows, IMO. Right click on the Dos window. Select Properties -> Memory. Select the highest memory option available. regds. - satya
