I'm looking for a hosting service that will let me use JSP, ASP, servlets and beans. This is mostly for my educational use (so I can play around with this stuff), so I don't need a lot of bandwidth.
Can anyone make suggestions as to where to start looking for this?
Thanks
Bruce.

If it is for experimenting and you dont need bandwidth, why not do what I did? Get Apache/Tomcat for your own computer(it is free). I also got a free dynamic DNS service.

I'm running JRun and PWS at home which is working OK for most stuff. I really have to test it out to make sure it supports JSP, but I think it does.
I would like a public server for things that I want to "show off" to others, perhaps for a job interview.
Thanks
Bruce.

Bruce,
That is what I use mine for. The free dynamic DNS service I use(yi.org) is no longer taking new people at the moment(last i looked anyway) but there are others. I searched for free webhosting or something like that. The only drawback is my phone is always busy. http://javaguy.yi.org
I have heard of places like you describe though. I would try a search on the internet. or try a search here. I know this question has been asked before.

A free web application hosting and collaboration service, among others, supported technology includes JSP1.1, Servlets 2.2 etc.
Thanks,
