I am new to JSp .. i Have tomcat installed on my machine and I am using Linux. My question is where should I place my jsp code and what changes I need to make to the conf files in order to make it running. Detailed description would be more helpful to me.
Thanks in advance

You don't need to make any special changes if you have set the TOMCAT_HOME and JAVA_HOME. Now place all of your JSPs in a folder and in turn place that folder in the webapps directory in Tomcat directory. Restart the Tomcat and it will automatically have the context of the user defined directory. Now you are ready to go.
