Dear all, iam trying to download tomcat webserver in my win98 system. but i don't understand what r these binary version and source version?how to select appropriate one? bye rekha.

Select the binary version (class files) if you just want to run it, or the source versions (java files) if you want to look at how it works.

And agian in the binary version there r so many options.Which one should i select?

There should be something like tomcat_3.2.1.zip. This is the one I downloaded. Bosun

Personally, I would try this: http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat/release/v3.2.1/bin/ jakarta-tomcat-3.2.1.zip 12-Dec-2000 14:33 3.0M This would be my choice of download for MS/win. regds. - satya
