Hai,
I need to a HTML page from JSP code for every 5 seconds.
How to set the timer. Can anybody help me in this matter

Hi Padmaja !
You can try the folowing :--
put the following code in your jsp page within the <form> </form>.
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript">
setInterval('myMethod()', 5000)
</SCRIPT>

This will invoke your javaScript method in every 5 second and you can do the form.submit method to go to your html page which should be specified in your action="your.html" in the form tag.
