Jess 7.1, the latest version of the rule engine for Java programmers, is now in final release! It is available for immediate download at

Jess 7.1 includes many new performance enhancements and usability improvements. The rule language and Java API have many new features, and existing features have been enhanced. See the release notes for more details about what's in Jess 7.1:
