.shtml = for pages that include server side includes (SSI).
.jhtml = precursor to jsp.

The pages which are developed by ATG Dynamo will have extension .jhtml.Again Dynamo is an application server which is a frame work for developing dynamic web pages.And SHTML are server side includes.
