I am calling a servlet upon http forms submission. The URL that called the servlet is displaying the parameters too. What I have to do if I want to hide them

Use post method instead of get.

Hi
How to hide the whole URL replacing with something fancy? Is it possible to hide the server and the port everything???

You may have to use <servlet-mapping> </servlet-mapping> xml tags in .../WEB-INF/web.xml file. There is a <uri-pattern> inside <servlet-mapping> tag for this purpose. A related thread is here.
