what is the future of java in the presence of microsoft.net and C# , and the saying that they were created to jump over java

One, this is shouldn't be posted in this forum.
Two, C# and .net is just imitation java anyway.
Three, its all just smoke and mirrors until it hits the market.

Hi Kareem,
Please note that this forum is exclusively for JSP and servlets.
As regards your post, well, I donot see Microsoft products catching up with Java and its Enterprise Technologies.Java has got into the roots of the industry and it would be very difficult for any technology to wipe out something like Java.
So think about Java and related technologies and forget about the Microsoft C# and .NET products.
