I assume you are talking about not being able to connect to JRUN until u are connected to the internet..
I suggest you first change your userid (get another one) and the ranch sheriff's suggested, lest you and me both get thrown out of here
Second, please post the error you get when you try to connect to say, http://localhost:8100.. Does the dialup box popup ? Check to see that you are online in your browser (file ->work offline should be unchecked)
