iam setting the classpath correctly but i had no javawebserver2.0 will this affect in compilation?

You mean the compilation of servlet? if yes , I can say no. you don't need.
It seems for me that you are new to need only to have JDK and tomcat software. tomcat includes a jar file named "servlet.jar" that is used to compile servlet when added to the classpath.
