dear folks I have downloaded the orion server from their site and have also copied tools.jar file in its home directory. But when i try to install it by using 'java -jar orion.jar' command i get error of 'bad command and file name'. May i know what the problem is there. Dumb question, does java -version work ? I guess the Java interpreter isn't in your path.

Sorry for asking for that dumb question. One more is here I've included classpath/path in my system and they work properly. But "java -jar orion.jar" this shows an [-jar] illegal argument' error. Any suggestion please. Rashid

Hi, i tried orionserver and it works fine on my machine. Please tell me which jdk and which version of orion you are using. Thomas
