Smart upload in JSP

Hi,
I am trying to forward a JSP to another one and using the smart upload in the first one. As soon as the other JSP is called it generates the following error:
Error: 500
Location: /EPS/Jsp/Associate.jsp
Internal Servlet Error:
Root cause:
java.lang.NegativeArraySizeException
