tomcat trouble

Hi, i have an strange error, i have upload the file into the server jsp directory, and when i write http://myserver/jsp/, i see all files y that directory, but when i click on the link it tells me a 404 error, page not found.
Help, because any jsp page i put doesn't work.
my system, red hat 6.0, tomcat 3.2.1, jdk 1.22
