Hi karan,
go to server.xml at ..\tomcat\conf\server.xml and modify the
<Connector className="org.apache.tomcat.service.PoolTcpConnector">
<Parameter name="handler"
value="org.apache.tomcat.service.http.HttpConnectionHandler"/>
<Parameter name="port"
value="8080"/>
</Connector>
to

<Connector className="org.apache.tomcat.service.PoolTcpConnector">
<Parameter name="handler"
value="org.apache.tomcat.service.http.HttpConnectionHandler"/>
<Parameter name="port"
value="****"/>
</Connector>
***** change whatever port you need
