I am recently using java web server. Now i am switched to tomcat server. I don't know where to put jsp files bean and servlet class files.
please help me.

Do a search on this forum for the word "web.xml"

You need to put JSPs in the webapps folder under any folder defined by you. To run the jsps you'll have to give the folder's name in the path too. like..
http://<server-name>:8080/<user-defined-folder>/<jsp-name>
