Can JavaWebServer2.0 run on Solaris 2.8 with or without any patches?

I really think they can work together without any patchs.But I heard there are many bugs in solaris2.8.

Do you know what are the bugs? I was looking around in sun website but couldn't find much. we have bought some SUN E-6500 and some E-4500 and are planning to use Solaris 2.8 on these machines.

Hi rajesh,
We worked on JavaWebServer2.0 run on Solaris 2.8 (with SUN E-6500) without any problems,it works fine.
