Hi,
I am using ADS(Active directory server) for authenticating our users using JNDI API's. And we used simple authentication for the purpose. It just works fine.
Now we have issue: Since i am using simple authentication userid and password are in simple text format and when it goes to server some one with latest network software will be able to read user id and password. This is definately not acceptable. i need to find a way to authenticate to ADS with encrypited userid and password.
Any help ,docs or code snippet will be helpfull.
Thanks
