hi,
i have installed the jsdk2.0 in my machine and i have jdk1.3
installed in my machine .still it gives me javax.servlet
package not found while compiling . i have also included the above directories in the classpath so coul sanyone help
me out

Have you set your classpath to point to the jsdk.jar file?

Try installing the servlet.jar file in the c:\pathToJDKFolder\lib\jre\ext folder. Then add this to your classpath. Restart your machine and it SHOULD pick it up.
