The IP address of the client, in the case of a web server (where the CGI variable's name is REMOTE_ADDRESS). Not to be trusted implicitly, since it can be spoofed.

Hello , Remote Address is the address of the machine which is located at some other and not on the same machine Say for example. If the client is communicating with a server which is not on the same machine .. the address of the machine can be called as Remote Address
