How to control a remote document.

Hi There,
Can any body will help be will be appreciated,
1. How to open a document file from server to client in inside the IE or NN.
2. Once it is open, the file will changed by a authorised person and one save button will be created which will carry the path of fine, when it is clicked, it will be saved on same path and same file. all the changes should be recorded either in a file ot Array which will be mailed to othe users...
3. How to create the save button with above feature.
4. How to trap/record the chabged made in doc file and store it in a txt file or array.
