I don't know what's wrong when I use servlet mapping tag to aliasing my servlet it doesn't seem to be recognized by Tom cat
my deployment descriptor is
<web-app>
<servlet>
<servlet-name>
UploadFile
</servlet-name>
<servlet-class>
webcid.UploadFile
</servlet-class>
</servlet>
<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>
UploadFile
</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>
/UploadFile
</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>
</web-app>
I'm using this entry to access my servlet
/examples/UploadFile
I tried with the original deploment descriptor but it was the same think
Could anybody help me with this problem ?

If your class files are under webapps/examples
in the correct packages, then it seems correct to me...
Have to double-check though!!!
