How to upload file from JSP to Servlet in Weblogic

Hi,
I am trying to upload a text file from JSP to servlet but getting error as :

I am using weblogic 6.0 sp1 . The jsp form element has the attribute enctype="multipart/form-data" for sending file data.
Any help will be highly appriciated.
