JSP parameters

Is it possible to use dynamically adjusted parameters for a jsp page in a jsp:include tag?
I 've tried <jsp:include page=aVariable flush="true" /> but the server says that the attribute value must be quoted (and if it is quoted things become static).
Any ideas??

What it meant was enclose the scriplet within double quotes
<jsp:include page="<%=avariable%>"/>
