Hello:
I have a window with two frames. If I execute self.close() in the frame of the left, only close the frame of the left, the frame of the rigth continue open.
How I can close the window in the frame of the left?

Thanks Tony, but I execute you code and only close the frame of the left, too I ecxecute : window.close and neither run.

try running the code in the top window that defined the frameset.
you could define a method in the top window called closeMe() and in that method you would have:
self.close();
