Maybe you should tell your 'site administrator' that he or she should accept email? Let's get serious, you've got someone responding to online orders and he or she demands that notifications of orders are FAXED? This is 2001. Get a hotmail account. I know that sounded like a flame... it wasn't directed towards you, or necessarily to your 'site administrator'. It's to all end users/customers that refuse to make small sacrifices in "the way they like to do things" in order to speed development and reduce complexity of software. And good luck on your project.
